In addition to metal stamping, Yingtan Stamping can provide stamping design, rapid prototyping, wire EDM, die design and making, and secondary operations such as machining, plating, powder coating, heat treatment, and laser engraving.

The company has about 60 electrical and hydraulic presses ranging from 10 to 300 tons, including one high-speed progressive press, 80 special lathes and drills for secondary machining operations, and a broad range of inspection tools and devices including a high-resolution optical comparator and a hardness gauge. In 2007, the Dongguan facility also invested 2 CNC lathes for parts up to 42mm diameter.

Customers can e-mail their engineering prints to Yingtan in autoCAD® (DWG, DXF), Pro-E (IGES or STL), Solidworks®, or other common image formats (JPG, GIF, PDF). E-mail and the Internet are used to control documents, streamline processes, and communicate with customers.
